Q.1 : Can I choose my own Matrimony ID?

Ans. Every Matrimony ID is unique and is allocated by the system. You cannot choose your matrimony ID since it is system-generated. It cannot be changed under any circumstance.


Q.2 : I did my registration, but my profile does not show up online?

Ans. Every new profile will be validated by our ADMIN (Backend Team) and upon activation, your profile will be visible to all. Verification of profiles is done manually. Our support team checks every profile carefully for any invalid or incorrect information and also candidates are contacted over the phone for confirmation of authority. You will get a notification once the profile is active!


Q.3 : How to register in Partner Album Matrimony ?

Ans. Registering on our matrimony site is a simple process, you can register by filling out the online registration form linked at the bottom of the website named Registration or use the Quick registration form at the homepage with the heading "Find your true love here".


Q.4 : I forgot my Matrimony ID / Password. What should i do?

Ans. Click on the "Lost your password?" link on the Login page and enter your registered E-mail address on the Partner Album website. Your "Matrimony ID" and "Password" will be emailed and SMS to you immediately.
